SKATEBOARD DECKS RETURN POLICY

Overview
We want you to be fully satisfied with your board purchase. Please review the return policy below for instructions and eligibility requirements.

Warranty
30-day warranty applies to manufacturing defects only.
Covers: Drill holes that are more than 3/16 inch out of alignment between front or back truck areas; warping of 3/16 inch or more.
Does NOT cover: Normal breakage, environmental or storage damage, or end-user wear.
Wholesale customers: There is no end-consumer warranty service. Wholesale customers must handle their own customer warranties.

Eligibility for Returns
A written purchase order with specifications must have been submitted.
Returns are only allowed if OK SK8 ships boards with the wrong specifications.
Complaints must be submitted within 20 days of OK SK8’s shipping date.
Boards must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Items Not Eligible for Return
Boards that have been used, modified, or damaged after purchase.
Custom or personalized skateboards.
Clearance or final sale items.

Return Process

  1. Contact your Sales Representative to start the return process.

  2. Pack the skateboard securely using the original packaging.

  3. Include your proof of purchase inside the package.

  4. Ship the package to the return address provided by your Sales Representative.

Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved or rejected.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Chargebacks
Chargebacks are not allowed.
